Inter-Pacific Spearfishing Competition
The annual Inter-pacific spearfishing championships is a 3 day spearfishing competition whose participators include New Zealand, New Caledonia, Hawaii, Australia and Tahiti. The hosting of the Inter Pacific Spearfishing Championships alternates between New Zealand, New Caledonia, Tahiti, Hawaii and Australia. This spearfishing competition has been around for 25 years and is the pre-requisite for competing in the CMAS world spearfishing championship.
