Andre spearguns have now designed and manufactured the Oval Midhandled style teak gun to keep up with the increasing demand of this gun style.

Midhandled style spearguns give you exceptional manoeuvrability enabling the diver to hold the pistol grip with one hand and steady the butt with the other, this gives you more leverage for tracking fast moving targets. Also using two hands to steady the shot helps dramatically with accuracy and recoil. The trigger mechanism is placed behind the pistol grip and activated with a push rod from the trigger, enabling the mechanism to be as far back as possible this allows for maximum band stretch providing awesome hitting power.

Capable of holding 5 x 16mm rubbers combined with the strongest wooden barrel on the market guaranties great accuracy shot after shot.

The Teak laminate layers are laminated from side to side, giving the stock a wide body with narrow vertical build.

Andre Teak spearguns have a very good mass index which while are solid and strong become weightless when in the water giving the speargun this high weight index insures the speargun has decreased muzzle kick and increased accuracy making it deadly on Kingfish, Tuna, Marlin and other sort after gamefish.

The spear is recessed into the stock which insures the shaft will travel straight and accurately all the way down the barrel and out of the muzzle even when tracking the fish horizontally.
